1. Snacks in Moderation
There are some meals that usually cause, rather than prevent, bowel problems in kids. Two such “binding” treats that are generally a big buzz among the little ones are cheese and bananas. There is no risk with either of them, but if your kid is having problems in the toilet room these days, you should try reducing the dairy products.
Another hurdle to excellent intestinal health: intensely processed meals. For ideal bowel activity, reduce your dependency on processed products, like white glucose, white-colored flours and white-colored bread.
