10. Tasty Fruits and Fresh Vegetables
Many vegetables and fruits have a high content of fibers – especially those that aren’t peeled. If your kid avoids them, try creating a fun recipe by spearing pieces of fruits and veggies onto kebab, or creating a unique eating experience with sliced-up fruits and vegetables. You can put raisins for a better taste, little carrots for color and oatmeal for a fluffy aspect.
