8. Fiber Snacks
Just as you do with cereal products, the whole-grain items or serving you are using for the children’s snacks should contain at least 3 grams of healthy fibers per serving. Check the indications, just because it is known as a ‘whole grain’ it does not always convert to fibers. And do not be misled by red or green products – that does not actually convert to fibers either.
