5. Coughing
Now coughing in and of itself is not a bad sign. However if you are coughing while experiencing any symptoms of allergies such as nasal congestion or a runny nose, then it may be a sign of an infection. Coughing with a fever means you are ill. Cheek pain, a clogged nose, and coughing fits together mean you are potentially suffering from infected sinuses.
