Utah Had Tons Of Dinosaurs Millions Of Years Ago.
Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry in Utah holds one of the densest dinosaur fossil concentrations of anywhere in the world. Archaeologists began digging up fossils in the 1920’s (Utah locals had known about the dinosaurs for years) and the dig hasn’t stopped since. The most prevalent species by far is the Allosaurus Fragilis. This species was carnivorous, grew to 30 feet long, a mouth full of sharp teeth and three brutal-looking curved claws on each hand.
