39: Cape Coral, Florida
Whilst there will be a lot of rebuilding to do in this city after Hurricane Irma hits, Cape Coral is a lovely town worthy of everybody’s consideration. Cape Coral is located on the west coast of the US and is known for it’s low crime rate, amazing restaurants and perpetually sunny Florida weather. The cost of living in Cape Coral is also relatively low when compared to other states like Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
