The actor and producer achieved prominence and critical acclaim in the early 1990s with films such as “Goodfellas” (1990), Patriot Games(1992), True Romance (1993), and Jurassic Park (1993). His collaborations with director Quentin Tarantino sealed his fate as a pop culture icon with films such as Pulp Fiction (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), Django Unchained (2012), and The Hateful Eight (2015).
He has appeared in over 100 films over the course of his career and most of them were huge hits and now classics including Die Hard with a Vengeance(1995), Unbreakable (2000), Shaft (2000), and the Star Wars prequel trilogy (1999–2005). His likeness was even used for the Ultimate version of the Marvel Comics character Nick Fury.
